Is the 'golden era' for fund managers coming to an end?  Putnam Lovell's recent research report on the global fund management industry, "After the Belle Epoch," identifies major trends that will transform the way advisors do business.  We spoke with two leading industry authorities - Chip Roame, CEO of Tiburon Advisors, and Geoff Bobroff, CEO of Bobroff Consulting, for their views on these trends.

Ron Surz' market commentary has won awards for its insightfulness and depth of analysis.  Ron looks at the full range of market performance in 2007, including the underlying data behind the swing from value to growth and the role China, India, and emerging markets will play in the markets during the next 12 months.

Surz also takes a look at target date funds, and provides data on the growth of this segment, as well as the risk and return numbers for funds over the last three years.

Northfield Information Services, a leading wealth management research firm, is hosting a seminar on High Net Worth Investing and a limited number of spaces are available.
